The goal during any transition is to thrive. But how do you know if you will make it through? Make a decision! No turning back. No looking back. Decide to move forward. One step at a time.
For true fulfillment and maximum joy in life, it's important to be yourself and live life on purpose. You can always tell when someone is living in their destiny because their energy is inspiring and attracts positive results. Being your authentic self can be challenging if you've never taken the time to learn and assess yourself. If you would like to know more about this eye-opening process, schedule a free virtual call today!
1. Rest - Most people are rest-deprived and have a hard time sitting still. During this unusual time, take time to be still and process this moment. No TV, Netflix, or social media. 2. Clean - Now is the time to stop procrastinating and get it done! Clean out your sock drawer, an overcrowded closet, or an overflowing cabinet under the bathroom sink. Recall all those projects you're saving until "you have more time". And remember, when this is over, you'll feel so good about your new clean spaces. 3. Exercise - Feeling anxious or stressed? Here's the key-- get moving! It's impossible to stress out and worry when your body is in motion. Go for a brisk walk, dance in the middle of the living room, or put your home gym to good use. You'll feel better about yourself and so will your body. 4. Be a Good Samaritan - Do something for someone who you think may need a little extra help during this time without telling them or expecting anything in return. 5. Talk - If you're feeling isolated, lonely, or bored, pick up the phone and call a friend or relative. Don't suffer in silence! There's nothing better than talking or connecting with an old friend.
