How do you get through the most difficult time in your life?
Some would say one day at a time. Not bad advice except when it seems like everything is against you and it's hard to make it through the day. I mean who could blame someone for not wanting to try when there is a pandemic, social unrest and the highest unemployment in years?
Are you facing one of these hard and scary scenarios?
  • You've lost your job in the middle of a pandemic
  • You're facing a serious illness
  • You're isolated from your friends
  • You're feeling depressed and anxious
  • Your marriage is on the rocks and you're pregnant
  • You have lost several loved ones in a short period of time
  • You've lost faith
Here are 6 keys to becoming resilient and reclaiming your life:
  1. Remember and re-commit to your purpose
  2. Be determined to live your joy no matter what comes your way
  3. Make a plan to dig yourself out of the pit
  4. Start dreaming again
  5. Find one thing to be grateful for everyday
  6. Don't be afraid to be alone for awhile
Join me each week for "Self-Care Sunday" on Facebook as I discuss each of the 6 keys and inspire you to become more Resilient!

Do you wish you can wake up one day and COVID will be gone?
Well, snap out of it sister! The truth is, it's likely that we will have to deal with this new normal well into the next year.  Here is our current reality*:
  • 8.3 million confirmed US Covid-19 cases (and rising)
  • 224,000 deaths from coronavirus (and rising)
  • 50,000 new cases diagnosed daily on average (at this time)
Recent changes to the CDC guidelines include an increase in severe illness from the virus in certain medical conditions.
The top 7 conditions are adults who have:
  1. Obesity/overweight**
  2. History of smoking**
  3. Cancer
  4. Chronic Kidney Disease
  5. COPD
  6. Heart Disease
  7. Type 2 Diabetes
With news like this, is there any hope that we can move past this? Sure, there is always hope! So the better question is, what are you going to do about it?
Make a plan now to protect yourself in the future. We offer one-time health consultations up to customized wellness plans which require accountability over time. Which one would you like to discuss with me on a free Wellness Strategy Call?
