Learn from the Past
   This has truly been an extraordinary year- with ups, downs, and in-betweens. You are undoubtedly ready to say goodbye to 2020, never to look back at it again. Instead of  throwing 2020 away completely, take some time to consider the benefits you may have enjoyed. Did you enjoy the early solitude of quarantining? Were you able to get some much needed rest and relaxation? Did you enjoy more home cooked meals than ever before? Have you started a new diet or exercise routine because of the pandemic? How you spent your time and what you chose to think about during 2020 speaks to you as a woman. Take some time to think about what made you happy and sad so that you can improve moving forward into the new year.
Let Go of the past
   Now is the time to start new and fresh! Start dreaming about ways you can turn negatives into positives and let go of past hurts, mistakes, missteps, and anything else that didn't go according to plan. Daily renewing of your mind will transform your life! That means you can't dwell on the past, you must look to a better future. It may be easier said than done but it's possible.  You can do anything you set your mind to do!
