May is Mental Health Awareness Month
Let's talk about it! May is Mental Health Awareness Month and now is a great time for each of us to pause and think about how we are taking care of ourselves and if we are struggling with some form of mental instability.
You do not have to be seeing a doctor or therapist to have a mental health issue. You can be a mother, a teacher, a shift worker, or a CEO. Dealing with issues of mental health is not based on where you live or what you drive.
Signs of Mental Illness
The problem with mental instability is that is robs you of the joys of everyday life and it keeps you confused and negative about your future. That makes it easier for you to make wrong decisions and stay stuck in a rut.
Don't Hesitate to Ask for Help
